8. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge a lawful broker-consumer relationship with us, which is not exclusive and is subject to state law. You confirm that you have no agreement with another real estate agent or broker that would prevent you from using our services. You agree to inform us immediately if you enter into an agreement with another Real Estate Agent.
9. In our role as your broker, you authorize us to review and provide you with various documents related to potential real estate transactions. You acknowledge that we may represent other buyers interested in properties similar to your interests. You agree not to contact property owners, sellers, or lessees using information from this site without an appointment arranged by us.
10. The Site is for personal use only. Commercial use of any content or information from the site is prohibited unless you have a co-brokerage agreement with us. Any unauthorized commercial use of site content, including marketing or copying listings, is forbidden. We reserve the right to deny access to any person or Real Estate Agent as deemed appropriate.
11. You are prohibited from using the site in any manner that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or from accessing areas or services on the site for which you are not authorized. Use of automated means to access or extract data from the site is forbidden. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity. You are bound by the intellectual property laws protecting the site.
12. These terms shall remain in effect until terminated. Blueoaks Real Estate may terminate your access to the site and/or your account at any time, in accordance with relevant laws and rules. We reserve the right to determine if you have violated any terms herein and to take appropriate action.
13. Blueoaks Real Estate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those concerning the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services. This disclaimer extends to any damages or injuries caused by any site-related failure, error, omission, or other issues. All site information and services are for informational purposes only and may be updated, changed, or withdrawn at any time. Reliance on site information is at your own risk.
14. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueoaks Real Estate from any claims or damages arising from your use of the site. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of the site.
